

Karen Richmond is an experienced educator and project consultant in the field of art and design. With a career spanning over twenty years, she is an experienced co-ordinator of creative UK and international knowledge exchange projects.
Karen has expertise in forming collaborative projects with communities, creative groups, and businesses, developing new products, partnerships, and research.
Over the last two years Karen has been growing her dynamic practice, combining design, plant-based medicine, and wellbeing.

- Plant Fest- Co-ordinated a plant based experimental research pilot funded by Bath Spa University.
- Design Explore- Co-developer/lead- collaborative project with young Moroccan Designers and British Council.
- Hospital Drip stand- Project and design lead for Guys and St Thomas London and students to redesign and IV drip stand.
- Research and innovation lead: Hakahodo & Kokuyo Japan, new products for Play and Creativity, extended Project.
- Restoring my 24yr old sculpture installed adjacent to OXO Tower with the support of Coin St Builders.
